Heating and cooling groups composed of heat exchangers (shell and "U" shaped tubes), pumps, expansion vessel, boilers (with electric resistance or with methane gas or diesel combustion boiler), interception and control valves, for diathermic oil up to 350°C or water up to 90°C. Superheated water up to 160°C and 16 barg. Stainless steel steam generators up to 12 barg. Cooling with chillers or evaporative towers. From laboratory scale to industrial size plants.
Temperature: up to +350 °C with diathermic oil, or lower temperture with water or steam.
Power: from as low as 1 kW electric heater regulation up to 2.500.000 kcal/h and beyond
Pressure: standard execution 6 barg for diathermicl oil or 12 barg for steam (varied according to Customer needs)
Construction materials: Steel or stainless steel AISI 304
PC / PLC SCADA systems, electronic or pneumatic instrumentation for a turn-key plant with PID temperature control and modulation.
