PLATE FILTERS for the filtration of slurries and mixtures of any origin, with the clean side on the external part of the plate pack, suitable for resins, fine chemicals and for pharmaceutical industry filtration processes.
Filtering plates are realized with 3 standard diameters: 300, 500 and 900 mm, with the possibility of piling up to 35 plates inside a single housing.
Standard design conditions up to 6 barg and 200°C, other conditions can be veried upon request.
Accessories such as trolley, pump, temperature and pressure control, hydraulic lifting piston, ca be selected.
Corrosion resistant realization with Hastelloy alloys, PFA or Teflon interior lining with filtering plates realized in white PTFE, or standard construction in stainless steeel AISI 316L.
These filters are commonly known also as "reverse Sparkler filter" since clean side is on the external part of the plate pack while the cake with solid filtered product is kept inside the plates.
