Every plant that we build can be supplied with its electric board and control system, which can be electrical, pneumatic or both.
When requested, electrical equipment and instrumentation can be designed and supplied according to ATEX certification for Zone 0, Zone 1 or Zone 2, in explosion proof execution or with other method of protection, such as intrinsic safety, increased safety, non sparking or others types.
We have developed an advanced software concerning our standard unit, which generally is composed of:
1. reactor thermoregulation
2. temperature gradient control
3. distillation column
4. reflux control
5. column’s flooding control
6. condensing system
7. azeotropic phase separator
8. discharge control
9. thinning tank temperature control
10. dilution time control
11. display and recording of local and utilities temperatures and pressures
The basic program is developed on a standard reaction unit and can operate with every PC-PLC system; the most used are SIEMENS or ALLEN & BRADLEY.
The program can be adapted and adjusted to every necessity and a demo version is available in our factory.
Every other specific automation request can be realized according to plant requirements, and can be done meeting all modern Industry 4.0 requirements such as remote assistance and control, data and batch recordings, connection with existing customer's ERP or MES, errors and alarms reporting, cloud connectivity.
