VACUUM GROUPS

Vacuum groups are realized with different technologies and pumps, according to the final requested vacuum level and nature of sucked gases.
The vacuum groups rely on working fluids, cooling fluids an energy sources. Depending on the applied suction pressure and on the cooling temperature, a vacuum group can have up multiple compression levels and may be associated with several technologies such as liquid ring pumps, screw pumps, rotary vane pumps (dry or oil lubricated), rotary lobes and scroll pumps.

When pumping speed and ultimate pressure of vaccum pumps needs to be increased, boosters can be added, to obtain up to ten times the performance.

Vacuum groups, pumps and insutrumentation can be ATEX certified for Zone 2, Zone 1 or Zone 0, according to the installation area and nature of sucked gas.

Pressure control is obtained with modulating valves, inverter control on electric motor speed, pressure sensors operating with ceramic or stainless steel membrane or Pirani sensor when a high grade of vacuum is requested, with instumentation that can be both electronic, with PC and PLC system, or pneumatic.
All vacuum groups can be delivered with their own skid or frame unit, built by us in our factory.

Condenser and trap: a chiller, that can reach up to -50 °C and cools down vapours protecting the pumps with the aid of a condenser or a liquid nitrogen (-195.8 °C) trap can be added to the system.
Power: from as low as 0.5 kW up to 22 kW and beyond, with multiple levles system
Pumping speed: from 5 to 5.000 m3/h
Ultimate pressure: up to 1 x 10-3 mbar (0.000001 bar), with dual stage oil lubricated rotary vane pumps
Construction materials: Carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 316, according to sucked gas and corrosion possibility

PC / PLC SCADA systems, electronic or pneumatic instrumentation for a turn-key vacuum system with PID pressure control and modulation.
