Heat exchangers of any surface, from 0.5 m2 up to 200 m2, realized entirley in stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316 or other corrosion resistant alloys such as Hastelloy.
Most common types of heat exchangers that we can build are:
Construction and certification for pressure resistance according to PED directive when requested.
Expansion joint or bellow is installed on shell side when temperature difference between cold and hot fluid determines a too high difference of lenght dilatation.
Large sight glasses to inspect the tube interiors are welded in almost all types of exchangers and condensers to easily control fouling over time.
Heat exchanging and condensing units are completed with pumps, modulating and ON/OFF valves, connections or completely skid mounted when requested-
Temperature: up to +350 °C with diathermic oil, or lower temperture with water or steam.
Exchanging surface: from 0.5 m2 up to 200 m2
Pressure: standard execution 6 barg for diathermicl oil or 12 barg for steam (varied according to Customer needs)
Construction materials: Steel or stainless steel AISI 304
