B.I.I.C. Bianchi ha supplied many distillation plants to customers all over the world.
Realizations mainly consist of:
Rectifying Columns: packed columns (random or structured), tray and bubble tray columns
Thin film evaporators, complete with condenser, phase separator and collection tanks
Falling film evaporators, for concetration of liquid mixtures within shell-and-tube vertical heat exchangers
Batch distillation plants, realized on skid units
Multi stage distillation plants
Design conditions:
Temperature: -20 / +350 °C (or as rquested, design temperature can vary depending on process)
Pressure: full vacuum / +6 barg (or as requested, construction is made according to PED)
Flowrate: from few liters up to several m3 per hour
Construction materials: Stainless steel AISI 316, AISI 304, Hastelloy C-22, C-276, B3, Incoloy or other corrosion resistant alloys, as requested by our customers
or other corrosion resistan alloys, upon requests
Thermoregulation groups composed of heat exchangers, (operating with diathermic oil, steam or cooling water) double circulation pumps, interception and control valves. Boilers, chillers, cooling towers.
PC / PLC SCADA systems, electronic or pneumatic instrumentation, for a turn-key plant.
