Dissolutors, thinning tanks, extractors or melters / fusers with the main and most common following characteristics:
Temperature: from –20 °C to 300 °C
Volume: from 5 litres to 50 m3
Pressure: full vacuum / +20 barg (or as requested, construction according to PED)
Agitation: air lift, hydraulic, inverter controlled or direct
Blades type: anchor, impeller, propeller, ribbon or combined types
Standard execution: magnetic drive, mechanical seal, foot bearing, manhole, N2 sparger, poppet valve, etc.
Construction materials: Stainless steel AISI 316, AISI 304 or as requested
Instrumentation: complete instrumentation with control of temperature, pressure, agitation, weight, loading and unloading etc.
